Mission + Vision

Mission

To bring Ninja Warrior to those who otherwise wouldn’t have access to it by creating affordable and accessible opportunities to push their limits.

Vision

To inspire and support a generation that is fit mentally, physically, and socially and that is ready to get “on the move”.

Drew Struckmeyer

Director and Coach

Drew started NOTM as a senior in high school and has loved seeing it grow over the last four years. He has travelled the country competing in Ninja competitions and course-testing for ANW. Drew believes that Ninja Warrior has provided him with the perfect opportunity to be a positive role model and to invest in the lives of the next generation. Drew is currently studying Social Studies Education so that he can invest in the lives of kids day in and day out as a public schools teacher.

Sam Dougherty

Coach

Sam is a sophomore at Lowell High School. Sam runs track at Lowell and specializes in relays and pole vault. He really enjoys working with kids because he loves seeing the kids have a good time. His favorite ninja obstacle is the Warped Wall and hopes to compete on ANW once he's old enough.

Bill Briggs

Obstacle Consultant

Bill and his wife, Jennifer, live in Michigan with their four children.  Bill is an endurance athlete and he enjoys training with his kids on their full scale backyard Ninja Warrior course or in their indoor training gym for those cold or raining days.  Bill is continually working on designing and building new ninja obstacles and finding creative ways to make them accessible to kids in local communities.  Bill also finds time to take it easy; he and his family love outdoor adventures including camping, hiking, and visiting national parks.

Nick Struckmeyer

Coach

Nick is a senior in high school who has been working with kids for years. Nick is a member of the varsity soccer and baseball teams at Lowell High School and loves playing the guitar and writing music. As a ninja, Nick has competed in several local competitions and specializes in speed, flips, and Parkour. As a captain of the soccer team and an active member of student organizations, Nick knows how to lead a class effectively while still having fun.

Cade Rogers

Coach

Cade is a junior at Lowell High School. There, he is a member of the football, swimming, and lacrosse teams. Cade brings a diverse athletic background to ninja as well as experience as he's been working with kids for several years and has 4 younger siblings.
